Maria Mirtala has be teaching cake decorating techniques for the fast 7 years and as a former teacher has a ability to help the student understand as she works to find different methods to get the lesson across. Maria Mirtala is fluent in both English and Spanish. We are also developing a series of instructional videos that will allow the student who can’t come to us to learn the techniques.
