November's Cake of the Month

This 5 tiered Wedding Cake covered in fondant. The cake was made to demonstrate the different fondant decorating techniques. Each layer is sporting a different technique. The blue rose that caps the cake is 6 inches wide. These are the techniques taught by our instructor Maria M. Negron here at Special Occasions Arts.
