Cake of the month - Jacobean cake design

This Month we have a Jacobean cake design in fondant. This is a two tier cake is covered in teal and white fondant. The bottom layer is in rich teal and bight gold. The upper layer is in white, gold and tiffany adorned with a flower design. The cake is crowned with an airbrushed peony with gilded leaves.

We can teach you the techniques to make spectacular cake designs. Our classes are available for both beginner and advanced students.
